Tenderstream members among firms recognised for top UK architectural projects
The results for the 2026 RIBA Regional Awards have been announced, with 11 projects by Tenderstream member companies featuring among the winners. For over 50 years, the regional awards have championed and celebrated UK architecture that demonstrates a commitment to creating buildings and spaces that enhance people's lives.
The winning projects by Tenderstream members are as follows:
RIBA London Award
Norton Folgate by Tenderstream member AHHM, with Stanton Williams, Morris + Co, DSDHA and East
Sadler's Wells East by O'Donnell + Tuomey
EcoPark South (North London Heat and Power Project) by Grimshaw
Sloane Street, London by John McAslan + Partners
The Brentford Project - Phase 1 by Tenderstream members AHHM and Grant Associates, with Howells and Maccreanor Lavington
Arthur Stanley House by AHHM
Paddington Square by Tenderstream member Renzo Piano Building Workshop in collaboration with Adamson Associates
Space House, which also won the RIBA London Conservation Award, by Tenderstream member Gustafson Porter + Bowman with Squire & Partners, Atelier Ten, Pell Frischmann, Donald Insall Associates, Gardiner & Theobald and BAM
RIBA South Award
Plant by Tenderstream members Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Grant Associates, alongside Twelve Architects and Studio Knight Stokoe
RIBA West Midlands Award
Kepax Footbridge, which also won the RIBA West Midlands Building of the Year, by Tenderstream member Moxon Architects and Jacobs (Engineering)
RIBA South West & Wessex Award
Assembly, Bristol by AHHM
All regional winners will be considered for the highly coveted RIBA National Awards, which will be announced later this year. The shortlist for the UK's best building, the RIBA Stirling Prize, will be drawn from the national award-winning projects, with the winner announced in October.
