Projects recognised for design excellence at leading real estate conference

The results of the MIPIM Awards 2026 have been announced, with five projects designed by teams featuring Tenderstream member firms taking the top slots across six categories. In all, ten winners and the special jury award were revealed during the MIPIM Awards ceremony on 12th March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. Through the awards, which were established in 1991, MIPIM seeks to celebrate projects that lead in terms of sustainability and their commitment to serving communities, businesses, and the planet. 

The winning Tenderstream member projects are as follows:

Best Cultural, Sports & Education Project 

Sydney Fish Market in Sydney, Australia by Tenderstream members 3XN GXN (design architect), BVN Architecture (partner architect), with ASPECT Studios (landscape architect)

Best Industrial & Logistics Project

Bestseller Logistics Center West in Lelystad, The Netherlands by Tenderstream member Henning Larsen with fellow Tendestream member Ramboll as engineer, alongside Denc and Pelecon

Best Urban Regeneration Project

Nordhavn in Copenhagen, Denmark by Tenderstream members Cobe and Ramboll with Sleth and Polyform

Best New Development

85 Gracechurch Street in London, UK by Woods Bagot with Tenderstream member Arup as façade consultant

Best Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Project

Populus in Denver, United States by Studio Gang with Tenderstream member Arup as acoustics engineer

Special Jury Award
