Tenderstream members celebrate recognition for design excellence

The shortlists for the 2026 RIBA Regional Awards have been announced, with 15 projects by Tenderstream member companies making it through to the next stage. For over 50 years, the regional awards have championed and celebrated the UK's best architecture that demonstrates a commitment to design and create buildings and spaces that enhance people's lives. 

The shortlisted projects by Tenderstream members are as follows:

All projects will be visited by a regional jury, with the winning projects announced in May. The winners will then be considered for several RIBA  Special Awards, before being considered for a highly coveted RIBA National Award, which will be announced in summer. The shortlist for the UK's best building, the RIBA Stirling Prize, will be drawn from the national award-winning projects, with the winner announced in October.
